ALEC’s vision is to be an industry leader in adult LN education and consulting in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally.
What are we trying to do?
ALEC's mission is to:
- Provide remarkable, innovative, and learning-centred embedded adult literacy and numeracy resources, education, and consulting.
- Serve our learners, stakeholders, and communities through practical approaches to training and consulting which are grounded in best practice and current research.
- Become the literacy, language, and numeracy education “provider of choice” for industry, learners, organisations, and government agencies.
